I’ll cut to the chase and let you know the bits that I thought needed fixing and then tell you what actually needed fixing (I’m sure you can guess where this is going *insert eye roll here)

I’m almost embarrassed to admit this but I thought we could whack a few new spouts on, replace the weatherboards on the western wall, patch up a window on the back wall, replace the gross yellow stained glass from the bottom half of all the windows and give her a lick of paint and be open by say March 2020….. what the hell was I thinking, haha!!
