If you’re looking for a relaxed venue for your celebration you might’ve just found her!
She's classic but completely unpretentious. A delightful little building surrounded by gums that line the Billy Billy Creek.
The church itself is ideal if you are wanting to have a smaller more intimate celebration, however there is plenty of room around the property if you can’t narrow that guest list down any more.
She lends herself perfectly to a long, lazy lunch soaking up the surrounds followed by an evening creating the best memories with the ones you love.
To give you the heads up before thinking she’s perfect-she’s not. At 147 years old even after her spruce up she still has a slightly wonky wall but that just adds to her charm!
The lay of the land here naturally offers up 3 levels with the church situated in the middle. Each level offers up a different view and it is entirely up to you how you use the property.
Honestly, they picked the perfect spot to build all those years ago.
To give you an idea-
The church fits 100 for a ceremony (40 seated)
50 people can comfortably fit inside the church for a seated reception
60 people inside for a cocktail reception.
There is room to have furniture etc set up outside the church if you were to use the lawn in conjunction with the building.
The upper level could accomodate 150 people comfortably for a sit down meal.
The lower level could hold 150+ however it is only available for use if it is not wet under foot (usually June-August)
